Began as a receptionist in Chiropractic/Physical therapy office in Silver Spring, MD, became a chiropractic assistant and went to school to become a chiropractor in 2003.

Dr. Carmen is originally from Puerto Rico. She is fluent in Spanish. Her father was in the military so she has lived the first half of her years overseas with extensive travel until settling in MD. She teaches CPR and first aid for the American Red Cross.
