Meet the Team

For those of you yet to come in – or who just haven’t been in for a while – there might be a few new faces around the office. Allow us to introduce ourselves!

Kim:  "Welcome to Health Quest!" (in a British accent) is what you'll hear from Kim, the first person you'll see when you visit our office.  As the one in charge of 'command central', she enlists her years in the medical field to make your first impression a great one.  If there's anything you need while you're here, just let Kim know.

Tiffany:  As a medical professional in training, Tiffany helps us out administratively when she's not taking college courses.  If you come in during our evening or weekend hours, she's the one you'll most likely see.  But don't take her part-time status lightly -- she's got a full-time determination to make your visit to the office a positive one!

Miglena:  Miglena comes to Health Quest with years of experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, which enables her to help Dr. Ettlinger and Dr. Conetta provide patient care that much more effectively.  In addition, as a Bulgarian native, she can provide translation services for Bulgarian or Russian speaking patients.

Joe:  In his duties as Chiropractic Assistant, Joe assists the doctors with therapies and takes everyone through their rehabilitative exercises.  Look out -- he puts his personal training and bodybuilding experience to good use!  But when he's done with you, he can use his license as a certified massage therapist to work out all the kinks.

Tina:  With us since 2002, Tina has gone from part-time to full-time as her insurance billing role expanded to include follow-up on all insurance claim transactions.  If you have a question about whether or not a claim was paid, she’s the one to call.

Marcy:  As Dr. Ettlinger's wife, Marcy has been behind the scenes from the beginning, but full-time with the practice since 2001.  And during that time, she has acquired quite a few hats.  From patient billing to marketing to managing the office in general, she is the person to call if you have any questions, concerns or compliments about Health Quest and your experience here.

Dr. Nova Conetta:  Dr. Conetta actually began her health care training as a Registered Nurse.  Looking to bring more to the table, she went back to school to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College.  She then joined the Health Quest team as an associate for the practice in the beginning of 2006.  Once she came on board, we were able to expand office hours to better accomodate your after-work schedules.

Dr. Paul Ettlinger:  The one we all rely on, Dr. Ettlinger started Health Quest in 1998 without any other staff.  Through his care and guidance, just look how far we’ve come!
